So… how did I do for day 7?
Goal:? 80 Squats – I met it. But my desire to do it was much lower than in the past. So I told myself if I would just do the squats, then I could do something fun. So I did them. One good thing. I squeeze my abs when I squat. I think I can tell they’re firming up. So Yay!
