So… how did I do for day 10?
Goal:? 105 Squats – Whew! Did them. I’m using the technique now shown in this video. (And I love her videos. Definitely going to view more of them.)
I’ve definitey got to do them in the morning after my first gym run though. Otherwise everything gets in the way and then suddenly Aack! It’s 3 pm and I haven’t done them – like happened today. I prefer to get the life-changing things that really help a person feel better done early in the morning. They give more passion to the day that way.
