I made it – #exercisechallenge

Okay. I’ve been so busy, I’ve been remiss at reporting how I was doing on the Exercise Challenge.

I remembered today!

LOL

So, for the last two weeks I have met the goal I set Dec 22nd.

  • 4x Cardio for 11+ miles
  • 1x Weight training session for 30 minutes
  • 7x 10-15 minute stretching session every morning and night
So, for this next week, even with my busy schedule, this is my goal
  • 5x Cardio for 11+ miles
  • 1x Weight training session for 30 minutes
  • 7x 10-15 minute stretching session every morning and night
  • Interview 4 personal trainers
All right, that’s it for now! Hope everyone else is reaching their goals:)
