Almost made my goal… #exercisechallenge

I almost made my goal for this week. What was it?

  • 4x Cardio for 11+ miles
  • 1x Weight training session for 30 minutes
  • 7x 10-15 minute stretching session every morning and night
I’m not surprised. It was a very busy week. I made it through the cardio workouts and most of the stretching, but I never got around to the weight training session. 
So, same thing for next week!
