Didn’t make it this week – #ExerciseChallenge


Looks I forgot to post last week. I made my goal last week,  but didn’t make my exercise goal for this week… not too surprising what with all this week entailed.

But next week I am sure I will be back on top.

What was my goal for these last two weeks?

  • 5x Cardio for 11+ miles
  • 1x Weight training session for 20 minutes
  • 7x 10-15 minute stretching session every morning and night
  • Hourly jolt

(The hourly jolt is while I am working at the computer – I do 100 jumping jacks, then 60 minutes work, then 50 pushups, then 60 minutes work, then 100 jumping jacks, etc, etc, etc.)
I met it last week,  but not this week. While I’ve kept up my hourly jolt, I didn’t get to the gym from Wednesday, Thursday nor today. Next week is a new week:)
