Yep, I achieved my goal for this weeks Exercise Challenge. What was my goal?
Go to the gym 4 times for 25 minutes (or 10+ miles) of cardio and 1 time for 20 minutes of weight training.
YAY! Was afraid when my back started to go out on Tuesday that I wouldn’t make it, but I did:)
Now, for this next week, my goal is:
4x Cardio for 30 minutes (or 10.2+ miles)
1x Weight training for 25 minutes.
10 minutes of stretching EVERY morning.
